Used to be obsessed with The Hook-Up and was so bummed when it was taken off the site. I'll occasionally google the game in the hopes that it's made a miraculous return or that it's somewhere else online.

I don't know why the original creator of the game, or even TeenNick, can't put it online somewhere as there's so much want for the game to come back. People have been asking for it for the last ten years. I feel like just last year I played avatar prom and such I can't believe I can't play those games anymore. I'll copy and paste the exact reply, "Thanks so much for getting in touch and the kind words, always means a lot to the team to share messages like this. We'd love to make our old games playable again, but unfortunately we do not have the rights even through we created them. The games are owned entirely by Viacom and whatever is left of TeenNick I guess , they would have to be the ones to bring them back. We've talked about making a 'spiritual successor' but no immediate plans.

Coorperations don't give a fuck about stuff like this, do they?
